Modern, clean apartment with air conditioning and a balcony perfect for morning coffee was located on the 6th floor with a lift working only from the ground floor, private underground garage was available but required ascending steps to reach the entrance. The location was very close to Old Bazaar, Macedonia Square, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies within walking distance while remaining quiet without hustle from neighboring streets. The owner responded quickly and recommended good restaurants, keys handover was smooth.
