Nice quiet street, 20 min walk to city center. Safe neighborhood. Place in good condition. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Basement level, January a bit chilly but extra blankets helped. Shops and restaurants nearby, local food affordable. Bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well.
