Clean rooms had Smart TVs with Netflix and a comfortable bed, the staff was very helpful especially Sanja at reception who provided a portable heater and additional tea, breakfast was included at the adjacent restaurant Bella Vista where food was enjoyed, the view from the window overlooked bridges and the Vardar River, and the location was central close to attractions like the bazar and city centre.
